What operating systems does Employee
Monitoring work on?
Windows 2000 and Windows XP
Does Employee Monitoring have to be installed on every
computer on my network to work?
No. Employee Monitoring only has to be installed on the
computer or computers that you want to be able to monitor
from and you will be able to see the activities of all
users on your network.
What kind of networks does Employee Monitoring work
on?
Employee Monitoring can be used on any standard type of
network (most are either hub or switch based). If you
operate on a switched network, you will need to add a
simple hub in front of your network
switch in order to see all users on your network. If you
are operating on a hub based network, no additional hardware
is necessary. (Diagram Below)
What kind of hub do I need to buy if I have a switch
based network?
For your convenience we've provided a few links to buy
the exact hub that you need. You can also go to any computer
store and buy one for around $40. For

remotely?
We recommend using GoToMyPC. It is the fastes,
easiest and most secure way to access your PC from any
Web browser, in real time.
